#ATC 250R 1986 A VENDRE HOW TO#
Please know (or learn) how to jet and tune for your location and conditions. I do some of these things and usually put in a new spark plug, a small amount of fresh gas and clean the air cleaner, but I don't always do everything! That is your responsibility! All of the bikes I sell are running (unless otherwise stated) and run good here in Arizona! Altitude, humidity, temperature, bad gas, dirty air cleaner, bad plug, sitting too long, etc can effect jetting and the way bikes run.

These Vintage ATCs haven't been made in over 30 years, are becoming collector's items and are getting harder and harder to find! This ATC can be viewed, inspected and test ridden before auction end (by appointment)!**Feel free to contact me at 48 with any detailed questions or to set up an appointment to view bike.***Whenever buying a used bike, I suggest checking and/or changing all fluids, air pressure, jetting, chain and sprockets, fresh 91 or higher gas (with pre-mix oil on 2 strokes), etc. If you want a brand new ATV, go to your local dealer and pay $10K for a boring quad. Please view the pictures "closely" and ask ANY questions you have PRIOR to bidding! I will do my best to answer in a timely manner. This ATC is over 33 years old and has some scratches, rub marks and other imperfections! I try to take good pics and have a good description. An older restoration, the Honda had previously belonged to Mr Kevin Fitzgerald, who took it to his home in France, and before him to one Charlie Williams (see letter on file).

It is now one of the most desirable of early Japanese classics.Īlan Windsor purchased this CB160 from his friend, the late Colin Seeley, in October 2015 (sales receipt on file). With an overhead-camshaft engine, electric starter, rev counter and a twin-leading-shoe front brake, the CB160's specification and degree of refinement was unmatched by any of its home-grown rivals. Small as a '125' yet packing a 16.5bhp punch, the CB160's excellent power-to-weight ratio and fine handling endowed it with performance at least equal to that of most British 250s. Launched in 1964, the CB160 followed the pattern of previous Honda parallel twins, though with 360-degree crankshaft layout rather than the larger twins' 180-degree type, and used the recently introduced tubular spine frame and telescopic forks.
